As the weather warms up, please ensure your child is dressed appropriately. For hot and sunny days, apply sun cream to your child before they arrive at nursery. If your child attends all day, please provide a named bottle of sun cream so staff can reapply it after lunch. Ensure your child has a hat and suitable footwear for climbing and exploring the Orchard. Flip-flops and sliders are not safe for outdoor play. All clothing, including hats and jackets, should be named.

We are here to assist with any questions or support you may need regarding settling your child into nursery, toilet training, behavior, sleeping, and school applications, among other topics. Lastly, ensure your child has at least one spare change of clothes at nursery, including socks. We ask that children do not bring toys from home, as these can easily be lost at nursery, which can be upsetting at home time.
